Amelia Kaiser is a Pacific Northwest artist who shares the joy of nature, adventure, and simple living through her work. Through hiking, exploring, and immersing herself in the outdoors, she draws inspiration from the natural world and channels that sense of wonder and rejuvenation into her art.

During her residency at Hideout Mountain Lodge, Amelia chose the water tank at the entrance of the property as her project. It was a challenging space to transform—both because of its scale and its prominent location as one of the first things guests see upon arrival. What was once an overlooked and lifeless structure has now been reimagined into a vibrant welcome, greeting everyone who arrives at or departs from Hideout Mountain Lodge.
